How does the free trial work?

You get full access to everything for 14 days. A card is required to start the trial, and it's charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Cancelling takes one click from Settings and your data is preserved either way.

What does £90 per PM mean?

Each project manager account is £90/month with unlimited projects and contractors. A two-PM practice pays £180/month. Contractors, clients and anyone you invite to a project are always free.

Do my contractors need to pay?

No. Submitting valuations, uploading documents, messaging you and tracking payment status is free for every contractor, always. Quote Builder AI, an optional tool contractors can use to turn their own drawings into a priced quote for any client, is pay-as-you-go for the contractor's own business (2 free, then £12 per AI quote). It never affects your account or theirs on your projects.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

Is my data secure?
